This sweater came out the same week as our baby girl was born in august 2014. We decided to name her Féline before we knew that this trend started in the same period. I had to buy this sweater and my wish was to safe it for our daughter. It was a big loss that we couldn’t keep her with us. Now I like to wear this sweater and think of her when I wear it. It’s definitely one of my favorite sweaters because of this memory. What better to wear with Valentine’s Day than a sweater which symbolizes our daughter; our love. Do you have any pieces in your closet that you’ll always keep because you have such a good memory to it?
Sunday it’s Valentine’s Day, which has an extra special meaning to us. Exactly on Valentine’s Day I got pregnant with Féline, in 2014. The date was 14-02-2014. That was very special. She was very special. Valentine’s day will always be a day that I remember her.
Boyz and Girlz, I hope you like my outfit. The sweater is not only sentimental, but a style icon as well. Have you heard about Brian Lichtenberg?
“California native Brian Lichtenberg has been the go-to designer for the music industry’s biggest pop stars for over a decade, dressing songstresses from Rihanna to Beyonce to Katy Perry, it is the runaway success of his über clever BLTEE Collection that has made Lichtenberg the one to watch, placing him firmly on fashion’s very discerning radar.“
Féline Meow is a parody to the brand Céline. He designed clothes and accessories with Homiés on it instead of Hermès. Brianel instead of CHANEL and so on! I think it’s very funny and smart. Brian really thinks out of the box!
Back to my outfit with this great sweater. Did you know that the back of my 2.55 CHANEL bag has a outside flap? Here you can storage the tickets to an event or theatre. This way you can enter, without opening your bag.
The overknee-boot-trend is still going on and not leaving soon! I like to combine this sweater and the overknee Dior boots since the sweater and the boots balance beautiful together in the look.
Yes yes, let me know what you think of my special Valentine’s Day outfit. It’s maybe not red, but now you know why this is exactly what I want to wear on my Valentine Date.
Please be so kind to leave a comment below and tell me all about your plans for Valentine’s Day.
