Hi everyone, are you ready for a Happy New Year? 2018 is going to be a new year with new chances!
Today, we went to have a little late lunch together with the three of us. Mache and I spoke a bit about our #lifegoals for 2018. One of my personal goals is to keep eating healthier and more vegetarian and vegan.
Next to that, I would love to be the best mom possible for Mason. I like reading books about how to feed him (next to breastmilk) and at the moment, I’m following the Dutch method of “Kleintjes” (Stefan Kleintjes). Similar to the method of Gill Rapley and in English “baby-led weaning”. These methods are starting from six months (babies) and based on a lot of research. Following this, you don’t give additional food other than breastmilk until six months and there’s a list you can follow, which fruits and vegetables you can start with, from which age.
Mache and I had an interesting talk before the end of the year. What are your goals for the new year?
To finish the old year and to start the new year in a festive way, I am wearing a beautiful dress from Lesara today! It has open shoulders and looks classy and elegant. I like the lace details, in the sleeves for example. Red lips are always perfect with a black dress and what do you think of my pearl earrings?
Pearls pearls pearls
If you know me by now, you know I am a huge fan of pearls. At Mostert Juweliers there are pearl earrings for every budget. The reason I chose mine is because I like to wear gold. Next to that, they match with my diamant in my wedding ring. Pearls give light to the face and look charming. Take a look at their collection of pearls here.
We are celebrating Happy New Year in the Netherlands and I wish you all the best for the New Year! I hope your dreams and goals will come true.
In the Netherlands, we eat ‘oliebollen’ on New Year’s Eve. What do you have as a tradition in the family for the celebration?
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Lots of Love,
p.s. Don’t forget to laugh in 2018!
