Spotted; Meatballs for the people. Here in Södermalm, Stockholm. This great restaurant and bar with live music every Wednesday is too fabulous! Do you remember my other hotspot; look at the building, it’s just as pretty as Vete Katten. As you could see already on my snapchat (snapsabine), I was here just recently.
We went at Wednesday night last week; the live music there is absolutely cozy!
I was wearing my Karen Millen dress that I recently bought and my new Zara shoes as well. They’re pointy and flat and a little bit shiny. Perfect under a dress if you won’t feel like wearing heals. And have you seen my hair? I went to the hairdresser in Mood Gallerian; the hair bar. Just an amazing hairdresser. Goodbye ombre, time for spring highlights every where and I told them to cut 10 cm of my hair too. What do you think?
As we entered, the restaurant had an impression of a farm right away. The good fresh and healthy side of it as well. Here they only use ecological meat from Swedish farms. Only animal friendly farms. You can have a look in the kitchen as the cooks prepare the food in front of you.
They have all kinds of beers and wines. Free wifi for the tourists (and others who need wifi).
“Beer for your balls…”
The tables are made up very classy and the design with wooden tables with wooden chairs is just so warm and cozy. The industrial lamps and white ceiling makes the ambiance light. In my opinion the perfect balance between warm and dark colors and fresh and bright white.
Look at the table where we were seated. Close to the window and the couch had some pillows and everything just felt really comfortable but stylish.
Here are we having a drink; they also serve alcohol free beers and I had a red house wine.
We didn’t choose a starter. The main course we took were meatballs with mashed potatoes and lingon. The special Swedish berries you eat with meatballs traditionally. There’s nothing more Swedish than this dish. Mache took the meatballs made from reindeer and I ordered calf meat. They even have meatballs made from fish and sheep meat as well.
The guys performing gave the restaurant such a great ambiance. The live music was very good and not too loud. We could still have a conversation, but the music was very entertaining as well.
For a special night like this, I’d like to wear my CHANEL earrings together with my pearls. The combination of the little black dress with these accessories make every woman in my opinion classy and fabulous.
“A woman needs ropes and ropes of pearls” – Coco CHANEL
Time for dessert. My favorite! As always I choose crème brûlée! And my oh my, this crème brûlée was a keeper! Do you see the decoration on the floor with my shoes? I love that so much!
Now look at the details here. They really stand for animal friendly food from proper Swedish farms. Isn’t that a nice feeling when you’re eating meat? I’m a big fan of vegetarian food, but sometimes I’d like to still eat meat and then this is really comforting.
