Mama Bundle | Luxury for moms by Francis & Henry

What to bring to the hospital? What to wear while being pregnant and feeling huge? What to wear when I just gave birth? What to wear while breastfeeding? All those questions can be answered with only one box of essentials; the Mama Bundle by Francis & Henry. The perfect essentials for moms-to-be and (breastfeeding) moms.

Mama Bundle

Did you know I am already week 35+0? It’s crazy right? The baby weighted 2260 gram last Friday! We had our final ultrasound and last check on the baby. There are still no signs of pre-eclampsia or HELLP syndrome and I am so grateful! I gain a total of 13 kg at the moment. I feel really heavy, but so thankful for this pregnancy. We are totally ready for the birth of our little miracle.

Now, let me tell you what the Mama Bundle by Francis & Henry contains. I will do an unboxing review for you today! This mama bundle is great to give to a friend / family member that is pregnant too!

The nursing dress
Luxuriously soft and stretchy, the perfect comfy dress for hospital stay for example. It has a deep V-neck. This is so amazing because it’s easy to pull down for breastfeeding. The dress is stretchy and designed to fit women before, during and after pregnancy! While wearing this very light weighted dress, it feels like I almost wear nothing. It’s so comfortable and soft. The dress is like warm blanket around my body but breaths perfect.

A long jersey cardigan
The cardigan has pockets and a belt; a feminine, luxuriously soft essential for everyday use (one size). Once again, this cardigan is easy to wear while being pregnant but also afterwards. It fits easily around my (big!) belly and because of the belt, it will fit me perfect after the pregnancy too. In combination with the nursing dress, this cardigan adds an easy ‘dressed up’ feeling while having the baby and walking to the bathroom or kitchen in the hospital. Or home while being downstairs, but not wanting to dress up fully.

A headband
Breathable and soft, a basic accessory that will surely keep my hair away from my face in during the breastfeeding or even maybe the delivery. It will be easy to do my hair wearing just a headband and still look fine while being exhausted from the delivery or during the contractions.

The loulou blanket
Heavenly soft bamboo-organic cotton muslin wrap for the little one! It is lightweight, just like the mommy stuff. The material breathes well and helps to regulate baby’s body temperature, how amazing is that! I received the signature hot-air balloon print but it’s also available in soft white.

The perfect gift

Next to the fact that the mama bundle contains beautiful gifts, the way they wrap this luxurious box and total package is a celebration. I’m sure any mom-to-be or (breastfeeding) mom could want this mama bundle. They have a lot of other bundles too in their online shop. Francis & Henry

Francis & Henry ships worldwide from Poland. This brand is designed by moms for moms and babies. I can tell they know what luxury is. When I opened the package, I had a huge smile on my face. The box took my breath away. They know exactly what a mom-to-be needs! I was so happy to receive this amazing gift and I would recommend it to everyone! This is one of the most beautiful essentials that I have received while being pregnant, honestly.

“Launched in 2016, Francis & Henry is a boutique label presenting luxurious sets of essentials for Maternity, Nursing and the Hospital Bag” – Francis & Henry

Baby
I saw on their website (www.francisandhenry.com), that they soon have essentials for baby’s too! I will keep an eye on it for sure. I am really curious what that will be. The essentials will be heavenly soft and in beautiful timeless designs for sure.

I have to pack my hospital bag now, it’s already week 35+0 and it’s time to take care of that! Do you have any advice what to pack in my bag, next to this amazing mama bundle?

Lots of love,

Sabine

Great box! That’s something you can use in hospital and long after that.
Make sure you have enough snacks with you. Also for the daddy 😉 because the waiting can be long

This bundle looks luxurious and it looks like the perfect give. You look amazing in the dress. Since I don’t have children I can’t give you any advice what to bring to the hospital next to this bundle, but I wish you all the best for if the time has come to go to the hopital and have your baby.

Oh, that set looks amazing! I packed my hospital bag on Saturday morning because I thought I was in labour. I took my bag, jumped in the car and went to the hospital to hear that things haven’t started yet. Little did I know, late Saturday night I had to go and fast. I’m not good at giving advice because for some reason I didn’t have anything I would have needed out there. Or well, you should pack lip balm! YES, a lip balm. You’ll thank me later 😀

Wow, that dress! Looks so comfortable, something you’d still wanna wear on an offday. At least I would, on a rainy sunday just wrap myself up in my dress and bingewatch a chickflick like New Girl 😊

Looking gorgeous! Aren’t they brilliant? This is my second pregnancy, 33 weeks and I realised I need my hospital kit ready NOW.
Is it not indiscreete to ask you which size you have ordered? I am quite tall and I am afraid that if I don’t go for a larger size, the neck opening will be too small to breastfeed…

I think it’s best to simply send them an e-mail and explain your ‘regular’ sizes you usually wear and than let them advice you :)
