For you a SoFine Recipe, because we have the same question every night; what to eat? I received the SoFine foodbox with three recipes and all the ingredients (and more) to make one recipe. I was thrilled to start cooking that night.
SoFine is a plant-based food that you can eat instead of meat. Their products are very healthy for us, the environment and animals. Next to that, I must say, the taste of the SoFine tofu, is great! I am sure you’d like this recipe. My husband is a big fan of meat and grew up eating food from the Kurdish / Middle Eastern kitchen. Meat is an important ingredient here. I took the challenge to cook us plant-based food and he really loved it.

Because I received all the ingredients in a box plus the recipe, cooking was a piece of cake. Follow this recipe and you’ll have a healthy and tasty meal tonight! I hope you’ll give it a shot.
Ingredients: (4 persons)
- 500 g sweet potatoes in cubes
- 1 onion, cut
- 2 packages of SoFine Tofu à la minute
- 2 bell peppers, cut
- 1 zucchini, cut
- 300 g cauliflower, cut
- 2 garlic gloves
- 1 lemon, pressed juice
- fresh watercress
Bake the cubes of the sweet potatoes in oil for about 7-8 minutes.
Put it all nicely on an plate and cut over some watercress to spice it up.
How simple is this? The most work is to cut the potatoes and vegetables, but once you’ve done that, the food takes hardly 15 minutes to make.
